Apparently someone used their membership in the Champ Car Inner Circle to gain access to restricted areas during the recent event at Road America. Now this could be a case of the person stupidly believing he had the right to the access or that he thought he could fool some people into letting him in.
Champ Car sent a email to all Inner Circle Members about this incident. Basically is says that if you do this and get caught you lose your membership along with everybody else! A little heavy handed by Champ Car but this does not surprise me. Read the rest of this entry »
